His work includes DRT / DRAT and recovery proceedings, loan facilitation, syndication of loans and financial arrangements, dispute redressal with banks and financial institutions, banking and finance legal advisory, corporate and commercial disputes, civil litigation, documentation, due diligence, compliance advisory, and departmental inquiry matters.

Mr. Dubey is an expert in drafting replies to memo, SOIL, charge sheets and Articles of Charge, and appears before DRT, DRAT and other tribunals and forums.

Dilip Kumar Singh

Rajesh Kumar Singh
